The company corresponding to the Aire Ancient Baths center chosen by you will be responsible for processing the personal data that you provide us and is responsible for said personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection..

Where do we store your data? 

The data we collect about you is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of your personal data will be made in accordance with applicable laws. For transfers outside the EEA, GRUPO AIRE will use Data Protection Type Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and the EU-USA Privacy Shield as a guarantee for those transfers made to countries that do not have a decision of adequacy of the European Comission.

To whom do we communicate your data? 

Your data may be share among the companies that make up the GRUPO AIRE group (detailed in the header of this document) for which we will have duly obtained your consent. Each of the companies of the Aire group with which you have contracted their services will be responsible for the processing of personal data

We never pass on, sell or exchange your personal data with third parties outside the GRUPO AIRE group. The data that is sent to third parties will be used only to offer you our services. We will detail the categories of third parties that access your data for each specific treatment activity.

The legal basis of the treatment is the execution of the service contracted by you as well as the consent granted by you for purposes other than that services.

Which are your rights?

  • Right of access:

    Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not GRUPO AIRE or any of its member companies are processing personal data that concerns them.

  • Right of portability:

    Whenever GRUPO AIRE or group companies process your personal data through automated means based on your consent or an agreement, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format transferred to your name or a third party. It will include only the personal data that you have provided us with.

    You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data if they are inaccurate, including the right to complete incomplete data.

    • you have a pending issue with Customer Service
    • you have a pending order or reservation that has not yet been fulfilled or a delivery gift box order sent or whose shipment has not been completed
    • it is suspected or confirmed that you have misused our services in the last four years
    • you have made a purchase so we will keep your personal data in relation to the transaction by accounting regulations.
    • the existence of a legal obligation to retain your data.

  • Right to oppose data processing based on legitimate interest:

    You have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interest of GRUPO AIRE or any of the Group companies. GRUPO AIRE or companies of the Group will not continue to process personal data unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the treatment that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.

  • Right to object to direct marketing:

    You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling carried out for that direct marketing in response to the services you contracted.

  • Right to file a claim with a supervisory authority:

    If you believe that GRUPO AIRE or each of the group companies treats your data incorrectly, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (aepd.es).

  • Right to limitation in treatment:

    You have the right to request that GRUPO AIRE limits the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances:

      • If you oppose the processing of your data based on the legitimate interest of GRUPO AIRE or of each of the group companies, GRUPO AIRE or of each of the group companies must limit any processing of that data pending verification of legitimate interest.
