Feel how your muscles relax and at the same time fill up with energy with this experience specially created to prepare your body for sports activities or to recover from them.
ENJOY WITHOUT RUSH
Let your body relax while you enjoy, at your own pace, all the benefits of water in our thermal baths at different temperatures: Caldarium (40ºC), Frigidarium (16ºC and 10ºC), Tepidarium (36ºC), Balneum (Bath of a Thousand Jets), Vaporium (Steam Room with aromatherapy), the outdoor temperate bath, and know the best feeling in the world in the Flotarium (salt water bath). During this time you can access the relaxation room with a warm marble seating area and taste our special AIRE tea.
CARE FOR YOUR BODY
Enjoy a deep 60 minute massage that begins with a cold or hot gel on the lower extremities and continues with a relaxing oil throughout the body with special emphasis on the muscles most affected by sporting activity such as the calves and quadriceps. In this massage, deep kneading and unloading work is performed in addition to various stretches, flexions and frictions that seek the release and mobilisation of the musculature including respiratory and joints.
