  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of the experience to have time to check-in and change. The check-in can be done online, before your experience, or upon arrival at the center, but we recommend doing it in advance online in order to start your experience as soon as possible.
  • It is only necessary to bring your swimsuit, but in our centers, we have spare to borrow in case it is necessary. You don't have to worry about anything because we have towels, bathrobes, specific footwear, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hygiene products, hair dryer and hair straightener.
  • The use of the bathrobe and footwear provided by AIRE is mandatory.
  • The use of bathing suits and our non-slip footwear is mandatory during the entire experience for all clients.
  • Lockers with private code are provided for all guests, so there is no need to bring a padlock. We recommend leaving all personal belongings in the assigned locker, as AIRE is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.
  • Clients will receive a guided tour of the facilities but during the thermal tour they are free to move between baths as they wish. In case of having a massage or ritual experience, our staff will be in charge of informing you and accompanying you at the indicated time. You don't have to worry.
  • AIRE is a peaceful environment. Please respect the right of all clients to privacy and serenity with silence and discretion by following the PDA Policy.
  • The time of your experience is the one that appears on the website/the same one that the agent who attended you at the time of your reservation told you by phone.
  • The use of cell phones, cameras, kindle and other electronic devices is only allowed in the reception area.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed.
