We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early and fill in the online check-in form.
It is mandatory to wear a bathing suit and the bathrobe and footwear provided by AIRE.
You only need to bring your swimwear. Everything else is provided by us, including hygiene and cosmetic products.
AIRE is a peaceful environment. Please respect the right of all guests to privacy and serenity with silence and discretion.
The use of mobile phones, cameras, or other electronic devices is only permitted in the reception area. Recording devices, including glasses with cameras, are not permitted.
No outside food or drink is allowed.
AIRE Ancient Baths is a smoke-free zone, including vapes.
The AIRE Experience is not suitable for pregnant women or those under the age of 18.
No weapons are allowed on premises at any time.
Guests exhibiting signs of intoxication (alcohol or drugs), violent attitudes, agressive behaviour or lack of hygiene, will be asked to leave and no refunds or reschedules will be permitted.

AIRE Ancient Baths reserves the right that if a client fails to comply with the AIRE Guidelines & Protocol, they may be refused service and must leave the facilities with no refund.
